Audrey thinks this horse is hers and hers only. If she wants to go down the slide, or swing, or see what other kids are doing, she requests that Nate or I stay by it and stand guard so that no other little kids can ride on it. I think it will be a sad day when we have to bid our final farewell to her horse. I, however, will be so glad to be home that we can make it our mission to find her a new horse!
We just stayed put today, other than playing at the playground. Audrey made another new friend today, and they had fun racing down the slides.

And just for memories sake, as Audrey was playing I was checking my phone for the time and saw I had a text message from the girl who has helped us with everything apartment related. She took Nate around the 2 weeks he was here visiting in May, and she has been such a blessing to us with all of the apartment mishaps we have had. As I started to read I got tears in my eyes because she was informing us that she resigned from her position and would no longer be able to help us! We just love her, and Audrey adores her, and while we wish her all the best, we are really going to miss her! We know who our new contact is, and we like her, too, but change is hard, especially when things have not been easy here (to say the least). We will survive this, too.
